Refunds: No refunds unless the event is canceled.
Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another attendee.
2. Email Communications
By providing your email, you agree to receive CAPAS updates. Opt out anytime.
3. Intellectual Property
All recordings, scripts, and performances are owned by CAPAS. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
4. Liability
CAPAS is not responsible for lost/stolen items at the venue.
5. Governing Law
Disputes will be resolved under New York State law.
